How Soqucoin is issued

Every block pays a fixed subsidy to its finder. The launch reward halves every 250,000 blocks, three times, giving four eras; after the fourth era the subsidy steps down to a perpetual tail of 2,500 SOQ per block, which keeps a mild, declining inflation. Soqucoin is therefore not hard-capped: the four eras issue about 46.875 billion SOQ, then the tail continues. Figures come from the consensus subsidy function.
